City of Mayberry:
To build and complete 500+ acres in Franklin NC, this project is to involve hotels, restaurants, houses, post office, medical buildings, malls, and shopping centers.

American Medical:
Series of medical offices averaging 5,000 sq ft, we are to complete the build out and amenities needed to function.

Medical Office Building (15,000 sq ft):
To construct this multistory building and complete any and all build outs needed.

Lyons Plaza (bidding process):
This is a 33000 sq ft building consisting of many retail spaces, and proposed to complete the entire plaza and build outs.

Hendersonville Bank and Trust (NC):
To start construction of this 16,000 sq ft bank.
